What's New? 12/15/2007 The latest changes to the Locally Preferred Alternative are available for viewing. 3/28/2007 As part of the corridor development, the Florida Department of Transportation, District 2, held a Public-Private Partnership (PPP) Forum on March 28, 2007, at the World Golf Village Renaissance Resort in St. Augustine, Florida to explore innovative ways of financing this project. 9/07/2006 Public Meetings were held on August 29, 2006 in Clay County and August 31, 2006 in St. Johns County to present an update of the study process. The Florida Department of Transportation announced at the meetings that the Pink Corridor is the locally preferred corridor. View the latest maps and meeting brochure by clicking on the documents page. 4/27/2006 The St. Johns County Board of County Commissioners recently adopted a resolution expressing support for a southerly river crossing location across the St. Johns River. The Clay County Board of County Commissioners also voted unanimously in support of a Pink route and submitted a letter to FDOT stating their position. View the resolution and letter online by clicking on the documents page. 1/31/2006 Comments provided at the public meetings held in Clay and St. Johns Counties on November 1 & 3, 2005 are available online. 11/04/2005 Public Meetings were held on November 1, 2005 in St. Johns County and November 3, 2006 in Clay County to present an update of the study process. A summary of the meetings and comments received will be posted to the website. 10/6/2005 The Florida Department of Transportation has scheduled the next public meeting. Please visit the public involvement page for meeting dates and location. 09/12/2005 The interchange footprints for each of the proposed corridors are available for viewing. 08/22/2005 The Florida Department of Transportation has updated the project website. The corridors that are being carried forward into the Project Development & Environment (PD&E) Study Phase are available for viewing.
